tick The contest is open only to Prudential Medical Policyholders using the services at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City and Sunway Medical Centre Velocity.
tick The contest is conducted on Facebook only.
tick Votes will be counted based on the total positive Facebook reactions (“Like”, “Love”, “Haha”, “Care”, and “Wow”) received on the participant’s original post during the campaign period from 19 January 2026 to 16 February 2026.
tick Any Facebook reactions received outside the campaign period and the original Facebook posts will not be considered.
tick All photos submitted must be the original work of the participant and must clearly reflect the campaign theme focusing on comfort, care, and experience received at Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City and Sunway Medical Centre Velocity.
tick Participants must ensure that their post and Facebook profile page remain Public throughout the contest period to be eligible.
tick Participants must comply with the hospital’s No Photography Policy and strictly refrain from taking photographs in sensitive areas, including operating theatres and procedure rooms. Photography is permitted only in designated public areas such as SunMed Café, public lobbies, and private wards. Policyholders are advised to seek clarification from hospital staff prior to taking any photographs.
tick Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City, Sunway Medical Centre Velocity and Prudential reserve the right to remove or disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or non-compliant with the contest requirements.
tick Any entry found to contain false information, infringe copyright, or violate intellectual property rights will be automatically disqualified.
tick By participating, participants grant the respective Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City, Sunway Medical Centre Velocity and Prudential full rights and consent to publish, display, reproduce, and share the submitted photo and caption on official social media platforms and marketing materials without additional compensation.
tick Winners will be notified by the respective hospital and must comply with prize redemption instructions within the stipulated timeframe.
tick Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway City, Sunway Medical Centre Velocity and Prudential reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond reasonable control arise.
